Mengukur Kinerja Individu Pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau

Mengukur kinerja individu merupakan sebagai upaya dalam melihat kapasitas apa yang dilakukan serta yang dikerjakan pegawai dalam sebuah pekerjaan di dalam organisasi sebagai aktivitas penyelesaian tugas mempunyai penerapan dengan pengetahuan dan kemampuan tersendiri. Peneliti mengunakan Koopmans, Bernaad & Hildebrandt (2014) untuk mengukur kinerja individu yang melibatkan kinerja tugas, kinerja kontekstual dan perilaku kontraproduktif. Dalam penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik Stratified Random Sampling sebanyak 87 responden dengan hasil penelitian bahwa kinerja pegawai masih kurang maksimal menciptakan organisasi yang memiliki kualitas kinerja yang tinggi. Kemudian secara psikologi pegawai dalam pengukurannya menunjukan bahwa merasa cukup memberikan konstribusi dengan pekerjaan yang ada di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau
