ABOUT THE JOURNAL

Jurnal Masyarakat Maritim (JMM) is a scholarly journal managed by the Department of Sociology Faculty of Social and Political Sciences Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji. JMM is a biannual journal published twice a year (May and October). JMM have been acredited by SINTA 5 start from Vol. 4, No. 1, 2020 to Vol 8, No. 2, 2024. The Journal ISSN Number is 2721-4117 (Online ISSN) and 2580-7439 (Print). Every article submitted to JMM applied APC (Article Processing Charges). This includes submitting, peer-reviewing, editing, publishing, maintaining, and archiving, and allows immediate access to the full-text versions of the articles. JMM receives not only a research paper but also a review paper. JMM focuses on the issue of maritime society, particularly coastal and transboundary society.
