Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to confirm that their submission complies with all of the following items. Submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines may be returned to the authors.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it under consideration by another journal (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The manuscript file is in Microsoft Word format (.docx) and follows the official article template of OKTAHEDRAL.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, particularly those related to structure, citation, and reference style (APA 7th Edition).
  • The article is written in English, clear and grammatically correct, with consistent terminology throughout.
  • The manuscript does not exceed 4,000 words (excluding abstract and references) and contains no more than six tables and/or figures combined.
  • All references are cited properly and listed in the reference section, with at least 80% from peer-reviewed journals published within the last 10 years.
  • The similarity index is below 20%, and no individual source exceeds 3% (a Turnitin report may be requested if needed).
  • Where applicable, ethical approval for research involving humans or animals has been obtained and is stated in the manuscript.
  • Author names, affiliations, and contact details have been correctly provided in the manuscript and metadata section.
  • The corresponding author has the consent of all co-authors to submit this manuscript and agrees to pay the publication fee upon acceptance.
