Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru melalui Teori Pembelajaran Moderatif di Madrasah Aliyah Darul Ulum 2 Bujur Tengah Batumarmar Pamekasan

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru Madrasah Aliyah Darul Ulum 2 Bujur Tengah Batumarmar Pamekasan melalui penguatan pemahaman dan penerapan teori pembelajaran moderatif. Program ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan guru untuk mengembangkan praktik pembelajaran yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada pencapaian kognitif, tetapi juga mampu menanamkan nilai-nilai moderasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk workshop partisipatif yang melibatkan 20 peserta, terdiri atas kepala madrasah, wakil kepala madrasah, guru, tenaga kependidikan, dan staf tata usaha. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan mitra, penyampaian materi konseptual, diskusi reflektif, analisis studi kasus, simulasi pembelajaran, penyusunan rancangan pembelajaran, serta evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman guru dalam menghubungkan teori behavioristik, kognitif, konstruktivistik, humanistik, dan sosial-kultural dengan prinsip-prinsip moderasi beragama. Guru mulai mampu mengoperasionalkan nilai tawassuth, tawazun, tasamuh, i‘tidal, syura, musawah, dan anti-kekerasan ke dalam tujuan pembelajaran, pemilihan metode, aktivitas kelas, pola interaksi pedagogis, serta evaluasi sikap peserta didik. Produk utama kegiatan ini berupa rancangan awal pembelajaran moderatif yang relevan dengan karakteristik, kultur akademik, dan nilai kepesantrenan Madrasah Aliyah Darul Ulum 2. Meskipun demikian, program ini masih memerlukan tindak lanjut melalui observasi kelas, uji coba perangkat pembelajaran, evaluasi dampak terhadap peserta didik, pembentukan komunitas belajar guru, serta pengembangan modul ajar moderatif yang lebih baik.
