Edukasi Pemanfaatan Website Layanan Terpadu Aduan Masyarakat bagi Warga Kelurahan Tanah Sirah Piai Nan XX

Rendahnya literasi digital warga kelurahan masih menjadi salah satu hambatan utama dalam optimalisasi pemanfaatan platform layanan publik berbasis web yang telah disediakan oleh pemerintah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan keterampilan praktis warga Kelurahan Tanah Sirah Piai Nan XX, Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung, Kota Padang, dalam mengakses dan memanfaatkan website layanan terpadu aduan masyarakat secara efektif. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif berbasis komunitas atau community-based participatory approach yang dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan utama, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, kegiatan dilakukan melalui sesi sosialisasi interaktif yang dilengkapi dengan demonstrasi langsung penggunaan website, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan praktik langsung atau hands-on training yang disertai pendampingan individual kepada peserta. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 47 peserta dengan tingkat kehadiran mencapai 94%. Hasil pengukuran melalui pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor literasi digital peserta sebesar 71,0%, yaitu dari 48,3 menjadi 82,6 pada skala 100. Selain itu, sebanyak 91,5% peserta berhasil menyelesaikan seluruh tahapan praktik secara mandiri, sementara lebih dari 80% peserta menyatakan memiliki niat untuk memanfaatkan website layanan terpadu secara aktif setelah kegiatan berlangsung. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa program edukasi digital yang dirancang secara terencana, sistematis, partisipatif, dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan nyata pengguna merupakan komponen penting dalam mendorong adopsi layanan digital publik di tingkat kelurahan.
