Please note that registration/submission to Scopus means our journal is currently under the Scopus evaluation process, and the final decision will be determined by the Scopus Content Selection & Advisory Board (CSAB). The first article, The Effect of Budget Transparency on Public Trust in the Regional Planning, Research, and Development Agency of North Central Timor Regency by Eduard Sandhyko Nitsae, Detson Ray Halomoan Sitorus, Marthen Patiung, and Aplonia Pala, examines how transparent budget management influences public trust in regional government institutions. The study highlights the importance of openness, accountability, and accessible financial information in strengthening community confidence toward public planning and development agencies. The second article, Role of HR Planning in Developing Employees to Improve Company Performance by Riandika Aji Mehendra, Ali Imron, Asro Bin Harun, and Dika Hilaldi, discusses the strategic role of human resource planning in improving employee capacity and organizational performance. The third article, The Effect of Leadership, Motivation, Communication of Personnel Performance in Banten Police Institutions by Badri Hasan, Ruddi Kurniawan, Iis Istiharoh, John Chaidir, Haerofiatna Haerofiatna, Dika Hilaldi, and Ali Imron, analyzes how leadership, motivation, and communication contribute to personnel performance within police institutions. The fourth article, Information Management in Public Communication in The City Governments of Banda Aceh and Langsa by Barlian Erliadi, Harapan Tua, Firman Firman, and Rafika Duri, explores the role of information management in supporting effective public communication at the city government level. The fifth article, Governance Gaps in the Rempang Eco-City Policy: Between Legal Authority and Social Legitimacy by Eva Amalia, Wahjoe Pangestoeti, Roni Adi, and Siti Arieta, investigates the gap between formal legal authority and social legitimacy in the implementation of the Rempang Eco-City policy. The final article, Review Policy of Archive Management at Cintajaya Village Office by Agung Febriansyah and Arip Budiman, reviews archive management practices at the village government level and emphasizes the importance of orderly documentation, administrative accountability, and institutional efficiency in public service delivery.
