Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• As part of the submission process for the Journal of Maritime Policy Sciences, authors are required to confirm their readiness to comply with the publication fee policy. By submitting your manuscript to JMPS, you acknowledge and agree to the following statement:
  
  "I understand that upon acceptance of my manuscript for publication in Jurnal Ilmu Administrasi Negara (JUAN), I am committed to paying the required publication fee of IDR 350,000. This fee is a necessary contribution to cover the operational and administrative costs of the journal and ensures the sustainability of its open-access platform."
  
  Please ensure you have the means to fulfill this obligation before proceeding with your submission. By checking this item in the submission checklist, you confirm your ability and willingness to comply with the fee policy without exceptions. Failure to provide payment after acceptance may result in a delay or cancellation of the publication process.
• The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
• The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
• Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
• The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
• The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
