The second article, Strategic Analysis of a Local Coastal Micro-Enterprise: Evidence from Squid Egg Cracker Business in Batam, Indonesia, by Puja Kusvianti, explores the strategic position of a coastal-based micro-enterprise producing squid egg crackers in Batam. The study emphasizes the importance of local resources, coastal economic potential, and business adaptation in supporting the sustainability of micro-enterprises. The third article, Ruto Coffee’s Business Strategy in Responding to Market Competition, by Muhammad Faries, discusses the business strategy of Ruto Coffee in facing market competition. The article explains how coffee businesses can respond to competitive pressures through product differentiation, customer experience, service quality, and market positioning. The fourth article, Strategic Competitiveness Framework for Fish-Based Street Food Enterprises: An Integrated Analysis of Micro-Business Sustainability in Emerging Markets, by Tasya Tul Uyun, analyzes the competitiveness of fish-based street food enterprises within the context of emerging markets. The article highlights how strategic competitiveness, product uniqueness, local food identity, and sustainability orientation can support the resilience of micro-businesses. The final article, Business Environment and Competitive Position Analysis of Mie Jebew in Kijang, by Syahro Syahro, examines the business environment and competitive position of Mie Jebew in Kijang. The study discusses how local culinary enterprises can assess market conditions, identify competitive advantages, and formulate strategies to maintain business growth in a dynamic marketplace.
