Abstract

The tight competition in the culinary process for chicken, nowadays requires culinary entrepreneurs to be more creative and innovative in making products. One of them is fried chicken (chicken balut soseu). Chicken balut soseu  is one of the fast food processed chicken where the taste quality is not inferior to other foods. Seeing from this business opportunity, I was inspired to create innovative fried chicken products wrapped in their own concoction sauce with a taste that is far different from other well-known fried chicken sauces and to sell this product using an e-commerce system.
