Jurnah Zarah is published in two numbers per year by Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Maritime University of Raja Ali Haji , Tanjungpinang, Riau Islands, Indonesia. Articles written for the Zarah Journal are the latest research articles in the field of Chemistry Education and Chemistry.

Jurnal Zarah is published twice a year in May and October.

Jurnal Zarah publishes scholarly articles about ideas, carefully selected literature reviews, and research in the fields of Chemistry and Chemistry Education. Jurnal Zarah is a journal with double blind review system which is an important aspect in disseminating knowledge. The realization of a scientific approach can be supported by writing the results of double blind review.

Jurnal Zarah is sinta 4 accredited, with a decree Direktur Jenderal Penguatan riset dan Pengembangan, Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi Republik Indonesia, Nomor 14/E/KPT/2019 about the Results of Scientific Journal accreditation Period 3 of 2019. Accreditation is valid for 5 years, starting from Volume 5 Number 2 of 2017, to Volume 10 Number 1 of 2022.
