    Marinade is blind peer reviewed and open access journal that published by Departemen of Fisheries Product Technology of Raja Ali Haji Maritime University periodically two times (April and October) a year.

     

    Marinade is publishing good quality scientific articles for the dissemination of research results, literature studies, application of theory and critical reviews of Industries, development, and technology postharvest technology in the field of fisheries and maritime. Marinade only accepts original script related of scope to Industries, development, and technology postharvest technology in the field of fisheries and maritime and not being published by other publishers. Type of paper that we are publish : 1). Original research papers, 2). Short communications, and 3). Review articles.
