PLAGIARISM SCREENING

SCREENING FOR PLAGIARISM

The Ilmiah Akuntansi dan Finansial Indonesia (JIAFI) upholds the highest standards of academic integrity and publication ethics. Manuscripts submitted for consideration must be original works and free from any form of plagiarism, including self-plagiarism. All submitted manuscripts will be screened using plagiarism detection software (e.g., Turnitin or equivalent). A similarity score above the acceptable threshold (maximum 20%) may lead to the rejection of the manuscript, either before the peer-review process or at any stage prior to publication.

Authors are fully responsible for ensuring that their work is properly cited, that sources are acknowledged, and that the manuscript represents an original contribution to knowledge. Any detected case of plagiarism will be handled in accordance with international publication ethics guidelines and may result in manuscript rejection, withdrawal of a published article, and notification to the author’s institution. The journal maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism in order to promote the credibility, reliability, and originality of published research.
