About the Journal

JURNAL ILMIAH AKUNTANSI  DAN FINANSIAL INDONESIA (JIAFI)

Jurnal Ilmiah Akuntansi dan Finansial Indonesia (JIAFI) is a research-based journal published by the Departement of Accounting at the Faculty of Economics and Business Maritime, Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji (UMRAH) in Tanjungpinang, Indonesia. Its P-ISSN is 2598-5035 and E-ISSN is 2684-8244. This publication publishes scientific papers twice a year, in April and October. Volume 1, No. 1 has been published since October 2013. The objectives of JIAFI are (a) to be a means of developing science and knowledge through scientific publications, (b) to develop and enhance research findings in line with developments in the business world, (c) to provide a means of academic communication that encourages collaboration in science, (d) to strengthen the relationship between science and the business world and society as a whole, and (e) to assist lecturers and researchers in developing and publishing research, ultimately improving the accreditation of study programs, departments, and universities, as well as institutions.

JIAFI, as a means of publishing journals of research results in the field of accounting and finance, covers results, studies, ideas, and analyses related to various research subfields. Accounting fields, such as management and cost accounting, public sector accounting, accounting information systems, computerized accounting, auditing, tax accounting, banking accounting, and financial statement analysis. Corporate Finance, Public Finance & Treasury, Corporate Governance, Investment Analysis, Capital Markets, Maritime Insurance and Tariffs, Transportation Financial Management, and Shipping Investment and Financial Management are all components of the field of finance.

The Jurnal Ilmiah Akuntansi dan Finansial Indonesia (JIAFI) invites those with articles or manuscripts based on research, studies, thoughts, and analysis on accounting and finance to publish their work in JIAFI. In 2026, two publications will be published:

2. Volume 10 No. 1, October 2026. (Linked of Template)
