EDUKASI LINGKUNGAN TERHADAP PEMAHAMAN SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS (SDGs) DI DAERAH PESISIR

Abstract

Community Service Activities were held in Belakang Padang District, Batam City. This activity was carried out with the aim of socializing to SMA 2 Belakang Padang as a partner in the community service program. In this service by gathering students to provide awareness about protecting the marine environment with the theme of environmental education on the understanding of sustainable development in coastal areas. The method in this Community Service activity is by socializing directly visiting the Belakang Padang District to deliver material about environmental education to provide the best solution. The implementation time is in June-August 2023. This Community Service is by providing materials and discussions for SMA 2 Belakang Padang. The result of this dedication is to give birth to an agreement to improve the environment. Attention to environmental issues has been outlined in the implementation of sustainable and environmentally sound development. Environmental problems are understood to have broad dimensions and have a direct or indirect impact on the continuity of development and the welfare of the population. Understanding and changing the behavior of SMA 2 children for environmental preservation. With environmental education awareness can be grown and changes in attitude and concern for the environment.
