Abstract

This study aims to determine the treatment of the growth of pomfret (Trachinotus blochii) seeds by administering the enzyme papain and the hormone RGH in the artificial feed. This research was conducted in April - June 2019 for 42 days in the Mandiri Advanced Cultivation Group, Tanjung Pinang City, Riau Islands Province. The method used was experimental with a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. Data analysis in this research was with One Way ANOVA shows that the addition of the papain enzyme (3,72 g) or treatment A, is the best result compared to the addition of the hormone rGH and combination treatment, the results obtained in feed conversion ratio (FCR) of (3,59 ± 0,57 g), the growth rate of absolute weight (8,90 ± 0,70 g) and feed conversion ratio (FCR) (3,59 ± 0,57 g).
