The Influence of Salinity to Time of The Egg Yolk Absorption of Silver Pompano Tranchinotus blochii

The study aims to determine the influence of different salinity to time of the egg yolk absorption of silver pompano Tranchinotus blochii. The study uses complete random design (RAL) 3 treatments, namely A (26 ppt), B (28 ppt), C (30 ppt) with 3 replication in each treatment. The results of the study sowet that the treatment C (30 ppt) has the best egg yolk absorption time i.e 48.05 hours, egg yolk Volume 9,185,681 Âµm3, the rate of absorption of yolk 687,962 Âµm3/hours. The conclusion of this study is the treatment C (30 ppt) can accelerate time absorption of yolk larvae silver pompano (48.05 hours) and the body organs development (early formad at 0 hours and perfect at 42 hours).
