Riau Islands Province is classified as one of the most potential cross border tourism areas in Indonesia. The potential for border tourism in the Riau Islands has unique characteristics with the potential for border tourism in other regions in Indonesia. Its distinctive feature is that it consists of islands. Batam and Bintan Islands have become well-known border destinations in the Riau Islands Province, but in its implementation, the concept of border tourism in the Riau Islands Province has not yet found a common ground at the border tourism and gastrodiplomacy concept stages. Realizing the potential and problems in the border, maritime and fisheries sector, currently there has begun to be a paradigm shift in the management of border, marine and fisheries resources, which initially used them to focus on research objects and unifying vehicles, now developing into a development paradigm. This article will discuss service activities related to optimizing border tourism potential through the concept of gastrodiplomacy in Kelurahan Sekanak Raya. The method used is to empower border communities with the aim of improving the community's economy by exploiting the existing border potential gastrodiplomacy through Focus Group Discussions (FGD).

Learning aims to realize efficiency and effectiveness in learning activities carried out by students. Students are one element in supporting quality education and learning achievement is an indicator of educational quality. Learning methods can function as a tool to improve student learning achievement. The learning methods that are often used at the Sumedang Logistics Vocational School are still conventional. In the implementation of teaching and learning activities, the majority is carried out by lectures in the classroom. Students do not understand supply chain management knowledge which is still vague. This community service activity aims to provide a solution by providing training to students on supply chain management using LOGWARE software learning media. Participants in this activity were class XI students majoring in Logistics Engineering. The results of data processing show that LOGWARE training has an effect on increasing understanding of the supply chain in class XI Sumedang Logistics Vocational School students majoring in Logistics Engineering. Through innovative learning methods, it is hoped that it can increase students' cognitive needs and learning motivation.

Independent Nature Tourism Villages in coastal areas are one of the targets of the government's tourism village empowerment program. Community participation is very important in developing tourist villages, so technical guidance on community participation is carried out to increase community involvement in managing independent natural tourism villages in coastal areas. Bintan Regency, as a coastal area with large tourism potential, requires a management strategy that focuses on environmental, social and economic sustainability. Technical guidance for community participation is carried out using meeting facilitation methods, focus group discussions, technical training and guidance, online media and printed brochures, outreach and promotion. The results found from community empowerment in mangrove management are the formation of Tourism Awareness Groups (POKDARWIS), improvement and management of mangrove tourism assets, equal distribution of the benefits of mangrove ecotourism, improvement of the local community's economy, and implementation of Community Participation as a rule in environmental management that is coordinated and based on participation. active community. Recommendations resulting from discussions between technical guidance participants are the need for training and education programs regarding the economic and ecological value of mangroves as well as correct management techniques, integration between ecotourism and community empowerment, and the implementation of community participation in sustainable mangrove management and upholding conservation and ecological values. Support and cooperation between the government, private sector and the community is needed in sustainable mangrove management and paying attention to social, economic and environmental aspects to increase economic and environmental sustainability in mangrove tourist destinations.
