Abstract

Bintan Island is one area with promising tourism potential with the support of its natural marine beauty and the potential to develop its tourism sector. The development and management of a tourism object cannot be separated from the role of the organization, namely Pokdarwis. Through digital marketing training that will be carried out later, it is expected to be able to increase the capacity of Pengudang Village Pokdarwis in managing and developing regional tourism so that it affects the welfare of the local community. The research method uses qualitative and data analysis stages in implementing this PKM activity, starting with assessing the existing conditions of the Pengudang Village Pokdarwis and mapping the village potential and the potential for tourism objects and SMEs in village development. The analysis of the existing conditions and the results of the potential mapping was developed into an integrative model of Digital Marketing training to support the development and marketing of village products. In the final phase, the impact will be evaluated to assess its contribution to increasing the group's capacity in supporting the capacity building of the Pengudang Village Pokdarwis. The results of the dedication and conclusion of this activity are the development of tourist villages through the use of technology, namely the VN, Canva, and Google My Business applications. All of these applications are considered capable of increasing promotions so that local and foreign tourists can easily receive information related to Tourism Villages in Pengudang Village, Bintan Regency.
