Communities on Penyengat Island have many traditional boats that do not have a Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS) for shipping standards. Shipping standards are needed so that the safety factor in sailing is more awake. Sailing safety factors are needed in getting help if an accident on a fishing boat occurs. Delay in help due to ignorance of the information about the accident and the position of the ship that is difficult to detect. Based on the description, it will be appointed a performance study on the design of a hybrid information display system on fishing boats to determine the location of the accident that will be displayed in the form of Google Maps. Google Maps is a digital map service application developed by Google. The combination of Google Maps and the Global Positioning System (GPS) receiving device is a very useful combination. In addition, the hybrid system used is a combination of manual systems in the form of buttons and automatic systems in the form of tilt sensors on the boat. The purpose of this research is to design a system that can control the pH of water in fish hatch using a microcontroller and LabVIEW. The test is carried out on the hatch with dimensions of 90 cm x 65 cm x 50 cm. Monitoring changes in pH values in real time is done through LCD and LabVIEW. This device is equipped with an LED indicator that can indicate the condition of the relay outside of the LaBVIEW software. The difference in sensor readings designed with a standard measuring instrument is only around 0.05. The appearance process of the sensor reading value on the LCD and LabVIEW runs well with a response time reading of about 0.5 seconds and with a response time in controlling the relay about 0.3 seconds. Fish can survive using a control system designed during the testing process within 2x24 hours. Through the number of students can be predicted how much the need of additional teachers, rooms, textbooks and learning medias that support learning processes in the schools. In other words, the infrastructure of the schools can be predicted by the number of students that is registered in Tanah Laut District. The research use Holt’s Double Exponential Smoothing method to predicting the number of the prospective students in Tanah Laut District. Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) technique is used to calculate the percentage of error from the forecasting’s result. The system is designed by Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and Data Flow Diagram (DFD). The camera is not only known in the world of photography to capture images and video, but more than that. The camera has been used monitoring device that helps human works easier, more effective and more efficient. The camera has been used for security, to monitoring a place, traffic monitoring and other similar function in various sectors of human activity. Even now, the camera has been integrated with computer system and other systems to create a sophisticated automation control and monitoring technology. The purpose of this research is to design an underwater monitoring camera system that can display good quality video of underwater objek which can be displayed and accessed via internet using Youtube application. The main component of this design consists high resolution waterproof camera, microtic device, and computer. The communiction media used to access the internet network of this device uses 3G/LTE cellular signal. This devise produces good quality underwater video. DC motor control is necessary to be one thing that must be considered, because if the motor does not run properly, it will renew the purpose of the motor when it is created. The ability to control a DC motor is needed when building a robot. Many things can affect a person’s ability to design DC motor controller, one of which is the development of science, especially computer science, the use of algorithms to achieve the effectiveness of DC motor movements is very necessary today, so that the robot can move well and according to what is desired. The algorithm requires some information from the system that is built either as input or output so that the algorithm can perform the control process properly. in this study the motor speed controller circuit has been designed using transistor IR630 (n-channel mosfet), in this study the motor speed controller circuit has been designed using transistor IR630 (n-channel mosfet), the potentiometer is used as an analog input on the microcontroller and then converted to a PWM signal which will be used as input to the controller circuit to drive a DC motor. But it will be a problem if the winds move with high intensity that will impact bad weather. To be able to monitor the movement of wind speed, this study made predictions using the method Self Organizing Maps (SOM) and Radial Basis Function (RBF) to predict wind speed. In this study the data used for daily wind speed prediction starts from January 2014 - October 2017.
