This research try to develop Decision Support System to provide sugestion for Hardness water management. </span></span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span lang="en-US">Sugestion will be generated, based from sensors data which is installed in water management system. Timing data when chemical adjusment in processing system will give some impact for sugestion. We will use </span></span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span lang="en-US">Naive Bayes method</span></span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span lang="en-US"> to generate the sugestion from collected data. </span></span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span lang="en-US">However, </span></span><span style="font-family: Times New Roman, serif;"><span lang="en-US">this classification method work with categorial data, whereas output from water management system are numerical data. Therefore, Fuzzy set will be used to categorize those data.
