This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach. This PSC 119 service is an integration between the Central Government through the National Command Center 119 located at the Ministry of Health with the Regional Government through the Public Safety Center (PSC) in each District /City. Innovation in this service is due to its uniqueness with a ball pick-up system and free of charge. This PSC service is quite good quality. PSC has the advantage of providing health services and emergencies, namely the ease of accessing this service, simply by calling 119 toll-free or local telephone number (0274) 2811119. Then the medical team immediately goes to the location, plus, with a service system that is standby 7 days 24 hours, so that this service can be accessed whenever the caller or victim is from within the administrative area of </em><em>​​</em><em>Bantul.</em></p><p><em>Tulisan ini diarahkan untuk mengeksplorasi suatu inovasi&nbsp; pelayanan publik di bidang kesehatan dan kegawatdaruratan yaitu&nbsp; layanan&nbsp; Public Safety Center (PSC) 119 Kabupaten&nbsp; Bantul. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif. Layanan PSC ini merupakan integrasi antara Pemerintah Pusat melalui Pusat Komando Nasional 119 yang berlokasi di Kementerian Kesehatan dengan Pemerintah Daerah melalui Public Safety Center (PSC) yang ada di tiap Kabupaten/Kota. Inovasi dalam layanan ini adalah karena keunikannya dengan sistem jemput bola dan tanpa dipungut biaya. Layanan PSC ini berkualitas cukup baik. PSC memiliki kelebihan dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan dan kegawatdaruratan yaitu kemudahan dalam mengakses layanan ini, hanya dengan menelepon ke nomor 119 bebas pulsa atau nomor telepon lokal (0274) 2811119. Kemudian tim medis langsung segera menuju lokasi, plus, dengan sistem pelayanan yang siaga 7 hari 24 jam, sehingga layanan ini bisa diakses kapanpun asal penelepon ataupun korban berada di dalam wilayah&nbsp; administratif Bantul.</em></p> ER -
