The research method used in this paper was a literature review obtained from various resources related to bureaucracy, modernity, and postmodernity in order to reshaping the state in a better form. E-Filling was a program for electronically filling out and reporting Taxpayer Tax Return (SPT) to the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) through the internet on the DGT website, with the goal of providing ease and convenience for Taxpayers in compiling and submitting Tax Returns (E-Filing). SPT) due to the fact that costs can be sent anywhere and at any time in order to occur, as well as the time spent by the taxpayer to compute, fill out, and report the SPT. The objective of this study is to see how the e-filling program was implemented at KPP Pratama Pekanbaru Tampan in order to improve individual taxpayer compliance. Qualitative research with data collection procedures such as interviews, observations, documentation, and retrieval/questionnairess was used. The pressure of work here is a side that continues to be faced by employees, where high work pressure will be able to cause them to experience stress in addition to causing conflict between them. This is a serious problem currently faced by organizations in the face of global competition. This study aims to determine the impact of the ability to understand individuals at their core and their survival on work pressure. This inspection was led by PTPN VIII Nusantara Malabar tea plantation workers (Design Division). This study uses an explanation and derivation strategy with a solid methodology containing a population of 76 and using an embedded examination procedure. This technique is used to determine the relationship between factors and produce the end of the product under study. The results showed that the pessimistic and large impact between the ability to assess people in-depth on work pressure and self-sufficiency on work pressure had a pessimistic and critical impact. This research is classified as a deductive research. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with a quantitative descriptive research design. The population in this study were kelurahan employees, neighborhood RT/RW, and local communities. The sampling technique used in this study is Non Probability Sampling with purposive sampling type with a sample of 42 families. The data analysis technique used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis technique.</em></p> <p><em>The results of this study indicate that the implementation of social assistance policies in the distribution of BLT has a positive and significant impact on the community's economic improvement by 26%. The application of Gigades.id is a form of public service innovation. This application is made and managed by a private sector, namely PT. Phoenix based in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The Gigades.id application is used to provide digital public services to rural society. To implement the innovation of Gigades.id application in rural areas, PT. Phoenix builds synergy or cooperation with the local government. This study use innovation theories by Rogers that has 5 (five) innovation implementation indicators, namely relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialability, and observability. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The required data collection, both primary data and secondary data from interviews, observations, documentation, is then analyzed so that conclusions can be drawn from the research problem. The findings of this study are that the implementation of innovation has been running according to the indicators of innovation proposed by Rogers, eventhough in the process of implementation the innovation still not maximal. SE yang mulai berlaku 6 April 2022 ini memuat kebijakan tentang pemberian Bebas Visa Kunjungan (BVK) Khusus Wisata dan Visa Kunjungan Saat Kedatangan (VKSK) Khusus Wisata/Visa on Arrival (VOA) pada 19 Tempat Pemeriksaan Imigrasi (TPI) yang ditunjuk.
