Abstract

This study was used recombinant Growth Hormone (rGH) with different dossage on feed. The purpose of this study was to known thebest dossage to increased the absolute growth of Epinephelus fuscoguttatus x Epinephelus lanceolatus oigin. The method that used on was study was completely randomized (CRO) with four treatments and three replication. K was the treatmentwithout without the rGH and the order treatment were consisted rGH on feed, A was 5 mg/kg, B was 6 mg/kg, and C was 7 mg/kg pakan. Bared and the result B treatmentwas showed the best research parameters. respectively 31,56±4,28 g on absolute weight and 1,27± 0,16 on feed conversion ratio.
