The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy through organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of the Riau Islands Province. To determine the effect of emotional intelligence through organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of the Riau Islands Province. To determine the effect of leadership through organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of the Riau Islands Province. The research method is quantitative, using Structural Equation Modeling abbreviated as SEM, a multivariate analysis method that can be used to describe the relationship of linear relationships simultaneously between observation variables (indicators) and variables that cannot be measured directly (latent variables). SEM is a multivariate statistical analysis method. Based on the study, it was found that Self Efficacy with the mediation of Organization Citizenship Behavior can have a significant effect on performance at the Regional Secretariat of the Riau Islands Province. Emotional Intelligence with the mediation of Organization Citizenship Behavior can have a significant effect on performance at the Regional Secretariat of the Riau Islands Province. Intrapreneurship, which involves innovation and employee initiative, plays a critical role in developing more creative and responsive marketing strategies to adapt to market changes. This research uses a qualitative method with an in-depth case study design, where data is collected through observation and semi-structured interviews with the company's owner. The findings reveal that intrapreneurial experiences at Earthy Genova have improved product and service quality, strengthened customer loyalty, and enhanced the company’s competitiveness in the denim industry. Innovations, such as the development of premium denim products and a customer-oriented approach, have significantly contributed to the company's success. The study concludes that intrapreneurship is a key factor in Earthy Genova's ability to navigate the challenges of the dynamic fashion industry. Human resources are an important element in organizations and companies. Employee performance is very important for company progress. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, work motivation and financial compensation on the performance of PT employees. Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa. The problem formulation in this research is: 1. Does leadership influence employee performance? 2. Does work motivation influence employee performance? 3. Does financial compensation affect employee performance? 4. Do leadership, work motivation and financial compensation influence employee performance? Research Method: This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The research sample used was 62 respondents using a saturated/census sampling technique. Data analysis used in this research is validity, reliability, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test (t test), simultaneous test (F test) and coefficient of determination test. The purpose of this study was to determine the determination of knowledge on the consistency of cadres through the effectiveness of posyandu work at the Posyandu Bintan Regency. The results of the study are that competence through work effectiveness has a significant influence on cadre consistency through the results of the path coefficient. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that when competence increases with the intervening of work effectiveness, it has an effect on the consistency of Posyandu cadres in Bintan Regency. Training through work effectiveness has a significant effect on the consistency of cadres through the results of the path coefficient. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that when training increases with the intervening of work effectiveness, it has an effect on the consistency of Posyandu cadres in Bintan Regency. Work effectiveness has a significant effect on consistency. This relocation introduces a new dimension in the country's defense and security strategy. Consequently, the nation's defense aspects, represented by the Army Aviation (Penerbad), must prepare and restructure their organization to support this defense effort. The Army Aviation unit stationed in the Nusantara Capital, specifically Squadron-13/Serbu, faces challenges in personnel, material, and facility aspects. Therefore, this study aims to determine organizational restructuring strategies for Squadron-13/Serbu through the perspectives of personnel, material, and facilities. This research utilizes a qualitative research design with a descriptive-explorative approach. The findings indicate that, for the personnel aspect, Squadron-13/Serbu can optimize eight existing strategies. In terms of the material aspect, nine organizational restructuring strategies can be optimized. Meanwhile, for the facilities aspect, Squadron-13/Serbu can enhance process flow reorganization, organizational innovation, resource management, as well as flexibility and adaptability. Data processing is tested with statistics through classical assumptions and hypothesis testing with the T-Test, F-Test and Determination test. The results of the study prove that accounting conservatism has a significant effect on earnings quality by 23.3%.
